A credit/debit card is required to confirm your appointment, including GROUPON & GIFT CERTIFICATE redemptions. GROUPON & GIFT CERTIFICATE vouchers require a card to be placed on file to confirm the appointment. Your card is not charged UNLESS you no show or cancel within 24 hours.
NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 24 hour notification to cancel an appointment. Any appointment cancelled within the 24 hour window will be charged a $55 cancellation fee for each service scheduled. A $55 NO SHOW fee is charged for each service missed.
GROUPON vouchers ARE ACCEPTED
We have partnered with GROUPON to offer a relaxing experience at our spa for a promotional price. One (1) GROUPON per guest is allowed in a lifetime. Multiple GROUPON vouchers for multiple services will not be accepted. Contact GROUPON directly for any refund request. Your card on file will be charged a $55 NO SHOW/CANCELLATION FEE. If your card on file declines, your GROUPON voucher will be redeemed and services scheduled will be forfeited.
