Our spa is a place of relaxation, a refuge from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It is a place where you can unwind, rejuvenate, and escape the outside world. For these reasons, we ask that parents refrain from bringing children to your appointment. We understand that sometimes it is difficult to find child care, however we believe that the spa is not an appropriate environment for young children to be present. We hope you will respect our policy and refrain from bringing children to the spa. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this policy.
At our spa, we value your time and hope you have a relaxing experience. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, a late fee of $55 will automatically be applied for each service missed, to the credit card on file. A no-show fee will be applied if you fail to attend your appointment. We understand that sometimes things come up, we appreciate you letting us know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our spa offers monthly membership packages that are only good for 30 days. However, if you cannot use your membership within that month, we will carry it over for an additional 30 days. Not to exceed 60 days over the purchase date.
You must present your loyalty card to redeem your complimentary service. Riverside Beauty Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Riverside Beauty Boutique will not track the loyalty card membership. Lost or stolen cards will result in your forfeiture of loyalty rewards for that card.
You must submit a written request at least 30 days in advance to cancel your membership. This gives time to process your request and ensure that there are no outstanding charges on your account. It also allows us to offer your spot to someone on our waiting list. While we understand that life can be unpredictable, we require a 30-day notice to maintain the integrity of our membership program. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
You cannot transfer or refund a monthly spa package once it's been purchased. Credit will expire 60 days after purchase date.
