Our spa is a place of relaxation, a refuge from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It is a place where you can unwind, rejuvenate, and escape the outside world. For these reasons, we ask that children be excluded from the spa area unless they receive a service. We understand that sometimes it is difficult to find child care, but we believe that the spa is not an appropriate environment for young children. Therefore, we hope you will respect our policy and refrain from bringing children into the spa area. I appreciate your understanding.


At our spa, we value your time and hope you have a relaxing experience. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, a late fee of $55 will automatically be applied to the credit card on file. A no-show fee will be used if you fail to attend your appointment. We understand that sometimes things come up, but we appreciate you letting us know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. I appreciate your understanding.


Our spa offers monthly membership packages that are only good for 30 days. However, if you cannot use your membership within that month, we will carry it over once for an additional 30 days. This way, you can still enjoy the benefits of your membership without worrying about losing out at any time. 


At our spa, we offer a variety of packages that vary by the number of services. For example, our 4-service packages are valid for five months, while our 5-service packages are valid for six months. For those who want to commit to a longer-term program, we also offer 12-service packages valid for 13 months. 


We have that policy to ensure the service package is used to give you the best return on your skin. You can achieve and maintain optimal results by coming in for regular treatments. Our team of expert estheticians will work with you to develop a customized treatment plan that meets your individual needs and goals. 


You must submit a written request at least 30 days in advance to cancel your membership. This gives us time to process your request and ensure that there are no outstanding charges on your account. It also allows us to offer your spot to someone on our waiting list. While we understand that life can be unpredictable, we require a 30-day notice to maintain the integrity of our membership program. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


You can't transfer or refund a monthly spa package once it's been purchased.
